Power Yoga All Levels

An athletic class that is challenging but adaptable to any level of practitioner. Move through a unique and intelligent sequence that will push the edge of your balance, strength and flexibility. The studio is heated and humidified at levels specifically designed to make you sweat and the playlist is choreographed to match each section. The sequence will be different every time but will follow the principles of Power Yoga with a warm up, sun salutations, flowing yoga postures, cardio and dynamic movement, core work, standing balancing postures and opening floor postures all crafted for a mindful one-hour experience.

Power Yoga Fusion

An all levels class that combines traditional hot yoga static poses with the flow of power yoga. The studio is heated and humidified at levels specifically designed to make you sweat. This class offers verbal instruction with time to remain in posture; in order to deepen, improve and refine. This class will move through the same sequence each time so practitioners know what to expect. Offering thoughtful instruction for beginners while providing opportunities for advanced options and modifications, this format is great for all levels. Work on alignment and strength, linking breath with movement through the fundamental postures of Power Yoga.

Power Yoga Sculpt

An athletic all levels class that incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts. This class includes the familiar Power Yoga postures with the added challenge of weight. With the addition of weights, the heat and humidity is set slightly lower but rest assured, you’ll sweat! With a high energy playlist this upbeat, energetic, challenging, and calorie burning class will get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. 

Power Yoga One

A class designed for those who are new to yoga, new to power yoga or prefer a class style that has less heat, thoughtful slower movement and time to master postures. The room will be heated to a level that allows for freedom of movement but without the dripping sweat and the music will match the class style – slower with lower volume. The sequencing follows a traditional power yoga format designed to improve mobility and balance. Enjoy ample time in each section; warm up, flow, core, balancing, opening and, a deep rest while linking breath to movement at a mindful moderate pace.

Yin Yoga

Our version of a passive practice with some warmth. Yin targets the deepest parts of the body, connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, deep fascia, and the body meridians. Poses are held for long periods of time giving the body a chance to release tension and recover from physical activity. The mind is provided the opportunity to practice stillness working through long passive holds. The room will be warm to provide an optimum environment for deep work, but we don’t humidify the room and you won’t sweat as you do in our Power Yoga formats. Yin yoga is the perfect complement to other physical practices including power yoga, running, hiking and snow sports.
